Morgenthaler's Sherry Eggnog
This is the best eggnog recipe on the planet. Simple as that.

- Stand mixer
- Jar for storing
Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 oz (volume) Superfine Sugar
- 2 oz Anejo Tequila
- 2.5 oz Amontillado Sherry
- 6 oz Whole Milk
- 4 oz Heavy cream
Instructions
- Beat eggs in stand mixer until smooth
- Slowly add in sugar
- One at a time add in tequila, sherry, cream, and milk
- Refrigerate overnight
